Make room. He is coming for you.

The waiting of advent is waning. The time is almost here. The day when we remember God-made-Man is close. The hours when we will unwrap reminders of the greatest Gift are near.

God with us. He is here. He is close. He is near.

Make room in your heart for Him.

Lay down the heavy load you’ve been carrying. Make room.

Let go of the longing for a dream that’s past. Make room.

Forgive the ones who have hurt you. And maybe who are still hurting you. Make room.

Offer your questions, your doubts, your grief to listening Ears. Make room.

Leave the fear of what might be. The fear for the odds that you face. Make room.

Open your hands and surrender control. Make room.

Come broken. Come weary. Come with scars. Come with need.

Wholeness is with us. Wholeness is here. Wholeness is close. Wholeness is near.

Peace is with us. Peace is here. Peace is close. Peace is near.

Hope is with us. Hope is here. Hope is close. Hope is near.

God-made-Man has come. He is coming. He will come.

Jesus has come for us. He is coming. He will come for you.

“For to us a child is born,
to us a son is given,
and the government will be on his shoulders.
And he will be called
    Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God,
    Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace,”

(Isaiah 9:6)

The God who knows. The God who sees. The God who hears you.

He is strong to save. His Arm is not out of reach. And with Him are tidings of comfort and joy.

He is here.

“...on those living in the land of deep darkness
a light has dawned,” (Isaiah 9:2).

Make room for Him.
